What is the ALESC ?

The ALESC is an association whose mission is to help students find living accommodations. ALESC manages all the student residences. As well as the communication between private landlords and students. In Compiegne, there is no university campus, thus more than half the students are housed in private facilities.

Founded in 1985, a period of great growth of the UTC, the ALESC proposed an original management for student accommodation for those whom are not eligible for CROUS.

It became, over the years, a structured association demonstrating its effectiveness, both with students as with Compiègnois landlords, helping to create links between the University and the population Compiègne as was proposed in the initial draft of the UTC "University in the city."

The ALESC aims to help all students and interns, regardless of the school they attend.
