Association pour le logement des
Etudiants et Stagiaires de Compiègne
First you must become a member of the association. For this, an annual contribution of € 35 is due (valid from June 1 to May 31 of the next following year). This contribution allows a landlord to propose 1 housing availability in the ALESC files. For additional units, an € 11 supplement for administrative costs are required per unit, for example:
The ALESC is not a real estate agency, it simply acts as an interface between students and landlords. Landlords can then obtain the necessary documents in a library or online source (lease, inventory...) He will then send a monthly rent receipt to the tenant. Landlords may choose to have an agency to take care of this.
Using the files of the association students come to see into the ALESC offices and on its website. We however point out that neither the details of the owner or the address of the housing are available through the site. Students should approach the ALESC staff in order to obtain them. Prospective tenants may then contact the landlords or agency in charge of the property to arrange a visit.
Note that a delegation of ALESC may, if the owner wishes, visit the homes label it (1, 2 or 3 *) and take photographs of the property to be printed and included on the site Internet (this service is free of charge).
