How to propose a housing through the file ALESC ?

First you must become a member of the association. For this, an annual contribution of € 35 is due (valid from June 1 to May 31 of the next following year). This contribution allows a landlord to propose 1 housing availability in the ALESC files. For additional units, an € 11 supplement for administrative costs are required per unit, for example:

• 1 unit: € 35
• 2 units: € 46
• 3 units: € 57

Who manages the leases and rent payments?

The ALESC is not a real estate agency, it simply acts as an interface between students and landlords. Landlords can then obtain the necessary documents in a library or online source (lease, inventory...) He will then send a monthly rent receipt to the tenant. Landlords may choose to have an agency to take care of this.

How does ALESC distribute my ad?
