The ALESC owns two small buildings :
1) consisting of 14 units: 13 studios apartments and 1 F2.
This building is situated at the foot of UTC (centre Benjamin Franklin).
This residence is connected to the UTC's computer network.
It has a private garden as well as a secure courtyard in which students can park their vehicles.
Rent for the studios range between 310 euros and 380 euros excluding utilities(ALS not deducted).
The F2's rent is 450 euros excluding utilities (ALS not deducted).
2) with 6 units: 2 studios apartments and 2 F2's. This residence hall houses primarily students from Sport Etude section of UTC.
Rent is 320 euros per room in the F2's and 400 euros for the studios.
This residence is also connected to the UTC computer network.

F1
An F1 includes :- an entrance hall
- a kitchen (2 hotplates, a sink)
- a bathroom with toilet, bath tub/shower (electric water heater)
- a large room (with a bed, desk, chair, electric space heater,)
- Area: 35 m²
- Number of students per apartment : 1
- Number of F1 units available: 25
- Average rent per student (APL not deducted): 460 euros (electricity included)
- Each room of the residence hall is connected to the UTC computer network.
F2
An F2 includes:- an entrance hall
- a kitchen (2 hotplates, a sink)
- a bathroom with bath tub/shower (electric water heater)
- two bedrooms (each with a bed, desk, chair, large wardrobe, electric space heater)
- Area: 45 m²
- Number of students per apartment : 2
- Number of F2 units available: 16
- Average rent per student (APL not deducted): 300 euros (electricity included)
- Each room of the residence hall is connected to the UTC computer network
F3
An F3 includes:- an entrance hall (with storage space)
- a kitchen (2 hotplates, a sink )
- a bathroom with bath tub/shower (electric water heater)
- separate WC and bathroom
- three bedrooms (each with a bed, desk, chair, large wardrobe, electric space heater)
- Area: 67 m²
- Number of students per apartment : 3
- Number of F3 units available: 16
- Average monthly price per student (not deducted APL): 250 euros (electricity included)
- Each room is connected to the UTC computer network
