Instructions for Poster ans Oral Communications

Poster presentation

Posters are displayed throughout the entire meeting in specific areas located in the “Pierre Guillaumat II” building at UTC. This area is close to Exhibition and Coffee Breaks.
Speakers are requested to be available for discussion with chairmen and colleagues during their session (see Poster Program).

Three Poster Sessions are organized on :

• Thursday Sept 3, 3:45 – 5:00 p.m.
• Friday Sept 4, 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.
• Friday Sept 4, 3:45 – 5:00 p.m.

Poster format is A0 : (120 cm high, 80 cm large maximum).
Please use letters large enough to be read from a distance of 1.5 meters (4.9 feet).
Pins and adhesive material will be provided at the Welcome desk and near the poster area.

Oral presentation

Free Oral presentations will be allocated 10 minutes each plus 5 minutes discussion time. All authors are requested to respect the time allocated to keep the whole session’s schedule.
Only PowerPoint data projection with single screens will be available in all session rooms. The slide room is located near the Conference rooms.

Each speaker is required to hand in his presentation minimum 2 hours before his session.
No personal computers will be allowed. Files must be prepared on Powerpoint 2000/2003 on a CD-Rom or USB stick.
