How to register for payment ?

If you have already identified yourself in OASYS website, please use your username and password.

If not, please create your user account on OASYS.

On OASYS you will be offered 3 means of payment : Bank Transfer, Credit Card, and for French people and administrations : Check or Order.

Delegates’ registration fee includes:

  • Admission to all sessions – Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception
  • Access to exhibition – Scheduled coffee breaks
  • Lunches
  • Congress delegate bag
  • Final program – Certificate of attendance
  • International Journal of Artificial Organs (with published abstracts)


Accompanying person’s registration fee includes:

  • Access to exhibition
  • Scheduled coffee breaks – City Tour
  • Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception

 

Social Events

- Gala Dinner at Pierrefonds Castle (option selected at time of registration)

  • Delegates : 50 Euros
  • Delegates from Eastern European Countries and from Low and Lower-Middle Income Countries : 30 Euros
  • Students : 30 Euros
  • Accompagnying person : 50 Euros

- Compiègne City and the forest (Armistice Wagon)

  • Delegates : 30 Euros (contact UTeam for reservation. Payment on site)
  • Accompagnying person : included in the inscription fees

- One day in Paris : 120 Euros (contact UTeam for reservation. Payment on site).

Methods of Payment

Full payment (by credit card or by bank transfer) of the previous items is requested while registering. Payment by Check or Order is available for french institutions only. No confirmation will be sent until UTeam has received the payment.


Cancellation Policy

- Registration
All cancellations and changes must be sent to UTeam in writing (fax, letter or email). For cancellations prior to 24 June 2009, fees will be refunded less 70 Euros (for administrative costs). After this date, no refund is possible. A handling fee of 30 Euros per registration will be charged for any modification after 6 July 2009.

- Congress Dinner & City Tour
Cancellations can be made free of charge until 3 August 2009.
After this date, no refund is possible.
