Knowledge, Organization and Technical Systems (COSTECH)
Costech is a research unit from various fields in the Humanities and Social sciences. Its distinctive characteristic mainly concerns the relations between man, technology and society: technical conditions for gaining knowledge, real-life experience and values; uses and new social practices for digital media; modelling and management of innovation and changes in organizations.
There are three research groups :
Cooperation, Risk and Innovation
Cognitive research and Enactive Design
Anthropology and Semiotics of Digital Media
Costech combines ambitious, non-conventional conceptual research and is especially interested in testing technical, organizational and social accomplishments.

Activities are coordinated around 2 monthly workshops (interdisciplinary workshop, interpretation and project development workshop), 3 annual seminars (Cognitive sciences and technology; Organization, innovation and international relations; Sustainable development) and different platforms (Technical media and body interactions; Philosophy of techniques; PAT mirror technique.
