Delegates’ registration fee includes:

Methods of Payment

Full payment (by credit card or by bank transfer) of the previous items is requested while registering. Payment by Check or Order is available for french institutions only. No confirmation will be sent until UTeam has received the payment.

Cash payment or checks are accepted on site

Cancellation Policy

- Registration
All cancellations and changes must be sent to UTeam in writing (fax, letter or email). For cancellations prior to 3O September 2011, fees will be refunded less 70 Euros (for administrative costs). After this date, no refund is possible. A handling fee of 30 Euros per registration will be charged for any modification after 1st August 2011

- Congress Dinner & City Tour
Cancellations can be made free of charge until 1st October 2011
After this date, no refund is possible.
