Founder and Director of Laboratory of Biomechanics and Medical Instrumentation, 1975-december 1994. This laboratory has been associated with the C.N.R.S. (National Center for Scientific Research) since 1982 and has a permanent staff of 30 faculty, engineers, technicians and 45 graduate students. This laboratory is now called UMR CNRS 6600 Biomechanics and Biomedical Engineering.
