Keynote talks
Roundtable discussions with the industry

UTC, its research teams, and the UTC Partnership Foundation for Innovation invite you to a regular series of events focusing on artificial intelligence and its challenges in various contexts.
These events are aimed at researchers and public and private stakeholders, with the goal of fostering dialogue around a selected theme. They bring together academic and industrial contributions to help spark new topics for innovation.
Our fourth AI Rendezvous dives into the transformative role of Artificial Intelligence in the fields of human nutrition and health, with a focus on how it is revolutionising formulation and processing, from knowledge engineering and data science to automation, computer vision, and intelligent decision-support systems. This edition brings together leading experts from academia and industry to explore real-world applications of AI across food systems and industrial innovation. Discussions will highlight how AI is being integrated throughout the value chain to deliver safer, higher-quality food, personalised health solutions, and improved well-being.
The day’s programme features keynote talks and a high-level roundtable addressing how AI is reshaping professional practices in formulation and process development. Dedicated networking sessions will foster meaningful exchanges between researchers, industrial leaders, and innovation stakeholders.
